RETURN POLICY for CLOTHING that is not custom
item must be send back to Krafty hustlers address, return label will be inside your package, once the package is received I will then send you the confirmation and send out the new order with a new tracking number. NO REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES Same outfit must be replaced! Unless it is out of stock.

Item turn time is 5/8 business days with 2 days to process you order, Everything is done in house so we provide the best hands on creations, this item is coming straight from us to you,
How does item pick up work
PICK UP times are THURSDAY & FRIDAY 5pm-8, weekend pick up times 9am-12
Pick up: is available and convenient for our DFW area customers, we also offer shipping NEXT DAY & also our shipping is standard 2-3 days
Shipping Policy
Please allow 2-3 days for your payment to process once your payment has been cleared we will process and start your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email we are not responsible for lost packages and weekends does not count as business days please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive thank you for your continued support!
