Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email we are not responsible for lost packages and weekends does not count as business days please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive thank you for your continued support!

item must be send back to Krafty hustlers address, return label will be inside your package, once the package is received I will then send you the confirmation and send out the new order with a new tracking number. NO REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES Same outfit must be replaced! Unless it is out of stock.

Production:

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Normal production time is 1-3 weeks not including holidays. Rush ordering is available but is subject to design choices.If you need it sooner please message me, DM on IG or email me.

Sweatshirt Size go up a size. I’ll need your Numerical Jean size to ensure a comfy fit, Toddler, Big kids, and Adult sizes available they range from 9M, 12M 18M 24M, 2T-5T, Youth XS-XL, Adult XS-XL Plus size available by request.

SHIPPING:

Normal shipping time is 5-7 business days. If you would like faster shipping please choose a faster shipping method upon checkout. Please note faster shipping does NOT change production time.

We are not responsible for late, lost, stolen or damaged shipments. No address changes will be permitted.

Refunds/Returns:
