RETURN POLICY for CLOTHING that is not custom

item must be send back to Krafty hustlers address, return label will be inside your package, once the package is received I will then send you the confirmation and send out the new order with a new tracking number. NO REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES Same outfit must be replaced! Unless it is out of stock.

PICK UP times are THURSDAY & FRIDAY 5pm-8, weekend pick up times 9am-12

Pick up: is available and convenient for our DFW area customers, we also offer shipping NEXT DAY & also our shipping is standard 2-3 days

Production:
All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Normal production time is 1-3 weeks not including holidays. Rush ordering is available but is subject to design choices.If you need it sooner please message me, DM on IG or email me.
